We are excited to be hosting the 2025 asi International Radio & Audio and Television & Video Conferences in Copenhagen, Denmark, for the first time. Please put the dates in your diary (5th -7th November) and we’ll release details of agendas and conference booking over the coming months. In the meantime, you are now able to book your accommodation – see the information below.

2025 Conference Venue: Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel

We are delighted to open the dedicated booking link for reserving your accommodation at this year’s venue, the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Amager Boulevard 70, 2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark. We have arranged a discounted rate for conference attendees, and this is available for 3 nights pre- and post-event for those who may wish to extend their stay. Rates and dates are, as always, subject to availability so make sure you book early!

You must use the dedicated booking link below to guarantee your booking and take advantage of the discounted rate. The discounted rate is offered until 26th September (but, again, this will depend on availablity). You are able to make changes to your reservation until 28th October.
