2024 International Radio & Audio and Television & Video Conferences

You can book to attend the International Radio & Audio Conference (Wednesday 6th November). The International Television & Video Conference (Wednesday 6th to Friday 8th November) is now SOLD OUT.

Please read the information below before booking your place at the Conference/s and your hotel accommodation.

Once you have registered, we will keep you informed of conference updates and will send you details of the asiConferences App closer to the event.

• Conference Dates

  Please note: the last session on Wednesday afternoon is a joint session for delegates from both the Radio & Audio Conference and the Television & Video Conference.

  We are delighted to be returning once again to the iconic 5-star venue last home to this event in 2015. The hotel has always been popular with our delegates and we have again arranged discounted rates for accommodation for those attending the conference/s. We recommend you book early to guarantee your reservation at the discounted rate.

• Delegate Fees

  Delegate fees are as follows (all rates quoted are subject to VAT for those coming from the UK).

  Bookings received on or before Friday 27th September 2024 take advantage of the discounted early booking fee. After this date, all bookings will be at the full rate.

  International Radio & Audio Conference (6th November)
  Early booking fee: £650.00
  Full booking fee: £750.00

  International Television & Video Conference (6th-8th November)
  Early booking fee: £1,475.00
  Full booking fee: £1,625.00

  International Radio & Audio AND Television & Video Conferences (6th-8th November)
  Early booking fee: £1,825.00
  Full booking fee: £1,975.00

  These fees are for the event itself. Delegates are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, insurance and other costs related to their attendance (go to Accommodation below for guest room bookings at the conference hotel).

• VAT on Fees

  We are required by law to charge Standard Rate VAT (currently 20%) on delegate fees paid by companies based in the UK. This is, of course, reclaimable provided you are VAT registered in the UK.

  For all companies based outside the UK, no VAT is charged.

• Booking and Payment

  Payment must be made promptly using one of the following options:

  Payment can be made with a credit/debit card via our Secure Payment System.

  Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer or send us a cheque by post. Please note that bank transfers and cheques must be drawn on a UK bank.

• Cancellation

  Cancellations received in writing on or before Friday 27th September 2024 will receive a refund of the fee paid minus a £110.00 administration charge. For cancellations made after this date, no refund will be made. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to attend: please contact us to provide details of your replacement.

• Accommodation

  We have arranged specially discounted rooms at the 5-star Hilton Molino Stucky Hotel for those attending the event, and this is available for 3 nights pre- and post-event for those who may wish to extend their stay.

  You must use the dedicated booking link below to guarantee your booking and take advantage of the discounted rate. The discounted rate is available until 22nd October and you are able to make changes to your reservation until that date.

  Rates per night are as follows and include buffet breakfast, wi-fi, VAT and city tax:

  Single occupancy: €207.40
